TELEKINESIS

Sean McNamera (2021). Defy Your Limits:

                                        The Telekinesis Training Method (3rdEd).

McNamera has a Bachelor's in Computer Science and worked in the telecom industry for several years before undergoing heart surgery at age 25 and radically changing his life via a spiritual journey thereafter.

This book is immensely practical, containing instructions on how to move a small piece of folded aluminum foil resting on the point of a needle anchored in an eraser with ONLY YOUR MIND.

The instructions take one through 4 levels of the telekinesis process, on the table with hands around the object, in a glass container with hands touching the glass container, in glass container without hands touching, and in glass container several feet away.

The physical and psychological factors involved in telekinesis are described...the training in telekinesis has larger implications than moving a small object...telekinesis also improves: relaxation, concentration, and healing...several video resources showing the steps are available.

Practice--get the book and/or videos and try it for yourself...McNamera says the best data is your own personal experience...it takes some months of daily training for 20-30 mins at a time, yet he reports in group teaching situations of only 2 hours, he can assist most of the participants to move the tinfoil--how is that possible?

I'm curious enough to try, are you? If we defy our limitations in moving a physical object with our mind alone, this breaks the accepted paradigm of classical physics and proves concretely that we are capable of much more than we think...perhaps much more.
