Ilchi Lee (2017). I've Decided to Live 120 Years:
The Ancient Secret to Longevity, Vitality,

Lee is the author of over 40 books and the founder of Earth Village in New Zealand.
Lee views the first 60 years of life as learning, working, and family, while the 2nd 60 years are for spirituality, service, and continued learning of how to align the brain (thoughts), heart (feelings), and gut (action).
Lee's advice is based on Sundo, a Korean form of mind-body training...among his recommendations are:
For enhancing physical power: every hour of the day, move vigorously for 1 minute (opportnistic exercise), walk daily with attention on the soles of the feet (a point in the middle of the foot just to the side of the "ball" of the foot) with feet parallel (in a number 11 fashion), and pump the belly button with 2 fingers 300 times (much more detail on these 3 practices this the book, each one having a host of positive benefits).
For enhancing the mind, decide the need level (for yourself and others) in any situation (try to let go of other things and focus on meeting needs), seek solitude and connection with nature, share and give all you can with others, leave behind a legacy for the next generation.
