The high ethical regard for others, for understanding the impact of sharing intuitive truth with others in a kind and nonjudgmental way that supports another person in the larger context of their life without giving medical, psychological, nutritional, or exercise advice (unless one is trained in one or more of these areas) is a consistent theme throughout the book.
There are many techniques/methods of grounding, centering, aligning, and practices for receiving intuitive truth.
One preparation practice for receiving intuitive truth involves grounding into the earth and heavens, then pushing up energy from the inside of the head through the crown chakra to a access point 3-5 feet above one's head where one connects with whatever one considers their personal idea/actualization of the divine. Next, one practices aligning with the light of truth by "pulsing" statements of known facts (e.g., one's given name or street address) up to the access point and allowing the energy connected with that statement to flow back down into the head, testing the "light" of the energy, learning one's sense of what the truth feels like. After reaching a proficiency of discerning truth, one is able to pose questions using the same pulsing up to the divine access point, and allowing truth (images, light, words...) to flow down...discernment of the truth is paramount--one does not judge the information received but reports what one has experienced and leaves the interpretation up to the person one is working with.
