TIC TAC TOE
Melinda H. Connor (2014). Resonance Modulation: Biofield Basics.
There are warnings at the beginning of the book: content not meant for general public, only those enrolled in the Resonance Modulation Program through EarthSongs Holistic Health: https://earthsongs.com/
There are many instructions related to reading and balancing the human biofield (the area beyond the physical body), but without the proper context from the workshop and the guidance of a teacher, the instructions are not useful, except the last practice i found in the book on "unsticking trauma" described below.
Unsticking trauma....create a large (8 x 8 inch) tic tac toe like grid with X's in each of the squares, have the person look at each X while thinking about the trauma, one square at a time. While they are gazing at a given X in a square, one should muscle test the arm (have them extend their arm horizontally and tell them to keep their arm rigid while you push down on the top of their forearm with the palm of your hand). if the the arm falls down then that square is "weak" (often this is were their eyes were located in the visual field at the time of the trauma) and they should blink their eyes 6-8 times as the "treatment." then repeat the muscle test, continue in this manner until the arm is strong and does not fall, then move to the next X in the grid until all the X's have been completed using the muscle testing procedure. end with having them shut their eyes, open them, look straight ahead, move eyes to the floor, then the horizon, then to the top of head (use your finger to guide their eye movement)...do this 2-3 times (this is supposed to "balance the brain").
i have not tried the above sequence, nor do i know where/how it was developed or if there is any research connected with it; but, as with most methods for healing, if it works, great, if not, move on to another method.
